Guide for Rental Meeting Rooms & Halls

To first-time users

Please contact us in advance and visit our management office at the Softopia Japan Center Building 2nd Floor. After registering your user information, we will explain the facilities and the cautions when using them. The following documents are required for registration.

[For companies and organizations]
Please bring a document showing the company or organization's business content, and location (brochure), the person in charge's business card, and a document clarifying the purpose of using the facility.
[For individuals]
Please bring your ID and a document clarifying the purpose of using the facility.
[Cautions]

*To register as a new user it takes about 30 minutes.

*Please contact us if you have difficulties to visit because of the distance.

*For the new users who registered their user information online, registration content approval is also necessary.
The management office will contact you regarding confirmation and procedures at a later date.

*When reserving the same facilities with different registration periods for the same purpose, we will register them with the earliest registration period among them.

Pre-event briefing

When using Sopia Hall, Seminar Hall or a reception Room, please have a detailed meeting with the manager at least two weeks before the usage day.

In addition, please contact us in advance for a venue preview, if necessary.

Change and cancellation

There will be a cancellation fee for the charge and options usage fee from six days before use. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your reservation.

About the event date announcement

The facility’s permission is required before announcing event dates such as on flyers distribution, posters displays, and showing information on homepages. In addition, please do not list Softopia Japan Center as the "contact information."

About the Annex and Workshop 24 facilities’ usage on Center Building's temporary closing days

Reservations and payments on the day are not available on Center Building's temporary closing days. Please make a reservation and pay in advance. This does not apply to tenant companies.
