How to Start a Rental
Ideal Candidates
- An individual or corporation within three years after starting its business or in preparation to start its business in the information industry.
Usage fee, etc. (monthly fee, including tax)
| Rental Fee for the Room | 10,180 yen per booth. (Includes rental fee for the room , utility fee) |

| Remarks | You can be a tenant company for up to six months. By applying for the renewal and another screening, you can renew the tenancy just for once (it is possible to be a tenant company for up to 12 months). |
*The rental’s start date should be on the 1st of each month.
How to Rent
Please call us or visit the facility once to have a meeting concerning the facility.

*The screening will be conducted with the contents of the business plan submitted by the candidate companies and the interview (self-appeal, question and answer session) and the new tenants will be determined.
*Regarding the screening results: if you inquire about them, we will not be able to answer your inquiry. We kindly ask for your understanding.
*Application documents received will not be returned.
*The rental’s start date should be on the 1st of each month.
